What counts as active

A entity is active in a calendar month when you’ve approved them into your program and they drove at least one tracked event that month — a referral-link click or a tracked post. Pending applicants never count, even if their links are already getting clicks, and entities with no tracked events that month are dormant. Dormant entities and pending applicants are always free, no matter how many are enrolled in or applying to your program.

• Views are never billed. They are a value metric, not a billing metric.
• Enrollment is never billed. A program with 5,000 enrolled entities and 8 active ones is free.

Verified metrics

Creators connect their social accounts through OAuth, so the views and results you see on the Entities dashboard are platform-verified — pulled from the connected accounts, not self-reported handles.
